Terms and Conditions
Damage Deposit
Current, valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) must be shown for all rentals. In addition to the rental charges, a refundable deposit must be paid at the time of pick-up for all rentals. This deposit can be paid by credit card in-store or online when booking on our website. When the rental items are returned, the deposit amounts will be credited in the form they were paid, less any damage or late charges. Funds may take 3-5 bank business days to return to your account. If rental equipment is returned in damaged condition, the renter will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. The shop rate will be charged ($90/hr).
Cancellations
Rental cancellations and period changes must be made at a minimum of 24 hours before the bicycle pickup date. Cancellations or alterations to rental periods within the 24-hour cutoff will be subject to the original rental charge regardless unless the period is extended. A 2.9% administrative fee is applied to all rental cancellations and changes.
Pickup and Drop-off
Full Day is from 10am to 5pm, 1-week is 7 full days. Rental pickup and drop-off are available at Dartmouth
Hours of operation are M-F, 11am-6pm, Sat. 11am-5pm, Sun. 11-5om
